The Sterling Sands Condo Association charges a per person User Fee for each guest that is 5 years of age and older. Guests may pre-pay this fee. This fee covers a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and wristbands to access amenities. A link to pre-pay the User Fee will be included with your Welcome Letter which will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to your check-in date. Maximum Occupancy: Please note that our unit’s occupancy limit is 6, including children, adheres to regulations mandated by the State of Florida and its Fire Codes, based on square footage. Exceeding this limit may result in denial of check-in by the HOA, with no refund provided. Floor Level: This rental is situated on the 8th floor for your convenience. Guest Entry: Access to the rental is facilitated through an E-lock, requiring a unique code that is reset after each guest’s stay.
Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years or older to reserve this property. Every guest, 5 and older, must pay the Amenity User Fee of .00 + tax

This was our 3rd time staying here. Unit is great. Services wonderful.
This was our 5th year vacationing to Destin. Each year we have stayed at Sterling Sands. Unit 809 is by far the nicest condo we have stayed at. Beautiful decor and amazing kitchen and bathrooms. No detail is missed including upgraded linens, and super comfortable King bed. An added bonus was the hospitality gift we received when checking in. We are counting the days till we return next year.
We loved our stay at this location. The unit was beautiful and had amazing views of the ocean. The property was well maintained and the unit was clean. The location is perfect close to everything and excellent restaurants. Elizabeth and Maggie provided excellent guest services and promptly responded to all my requests during the stay. We will definitely return next year. Thank you Sterling Sands management!
We love staying at Sterling Sands, and we probably will again. The only two complaints that we had for this stay was, we could not enjoy our time on the balcony for the horrible smoke smell almost everyday from someone smoking right beside us. And the other thing is the shower didn't have hardly any water pressure, but other than that everything else was great. Our condo was very nice and clean, and we loved staying there. Thank you!

We loved our stay with Sterling Sands, and we would like to stay there again. We were on the top floor which just added to the magnificence of the view (dolphins, sharks!), but it was super easy to get down to the ground floor to access the pool and beach. The apartment was clean and in very good shape.

It’s in the perfect location. You can walk to The Back Porch restaurant which was one of our favorite things. There’s also great very shallow areas right in front of the condo. It was decorated cute and had everything you needed, except scissors. It looked clean when looking around, but I ended up having to wear my shoes through the house because my feet would be black quickly if I didn’t. There were also spill marks like a cup splashed on the door, and baseboards were dirty. The glass on the balcony was also dirty which was a bummer because you want a pretty view while looking at the ocean on the property. Also, beach service is not included. We would stay at this location again but try a different unit.
Sterling Sands #809 in Destin, Florida was a well-appointed condo with a beautiful view of the pool, beach, and Gulf. Both the property and the condo were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed eating meals on our balcony table, but there were also many tables available at the pool and the barbecue area. There were ample restaurants, vacation activities, and shopping all within close proximity to the complex. We also visited the Henderson Beach State Park which was very close to the complex and hiked through the native vegetation on the dunes. Customer service was very friendly to answer questions prior to our stay. They were also helpful to address an issue with an owner who was smoking in the condo below us, which was affecting our balcony experience. We enjoyed this vacation very much! We will recommend it to our family and friends and are planning to return in the future.
Condo was amazing. Clean. Great view from top floor. Beautiful! Balcony perfect seating. Kitchen well equipped. Condo just as was expected from pictures. Had a problem with the TV and office sent someone right away to address and fix. Grounds well kept . Would definitely recommend this unit.
