First time at this property and everything was as advertised. Great location near so many attractions. Rooms were clean and very nice. Pool was enjoyable and clean. It was a short walk on the beach to The Back Porch and Parlor Donuts was across the street. We will stay there again!
We arrived after 5PM to the condo. The front office was closed but the security staff was fantastic and helped minimize stress with the outstanding questions we had. This property is in a great location with a fantastic view. Since we flew in, it would have been helpful if the condo had been stocked with a few more basic items, such as general spices, extra garbage bags, an additional roll of paper towels, extra toilet paper, and pool towels. Once we picked up those items, though, it was a fantastic place to stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would recommend it.
Overall aesthetics looked good but the bed was hard, both toilets wobbled and needed to be secured. The primary bathroom attached to the room the toilet wouldn’t stop running; after lifting the toilet tank top it was consumed with black mold. Overall the location was ideal but the attention to detail one pays for such a unit was not there. Would highly recommend a thorough walkthrough before listing this unit again!
This Condo is in very good condition. It was totally updated about a year ago and all areas of the condo, LR, bedroom, and bathrooms are in very good condition. A downside to this condo is the master bedroom only has a queen bed. Sterling sands is an excellent place to stay, and very well maintained with friendly staff. Their gas grill area is great with three grills that all work and are very clean.
Room was exactly as pictured, located right on the water, as well as around local attractions! we enjoyed our stay. very clean & safe. family friendly.
Overall stay was great. The apartment location was great on the beach and central to everything in Destin. Only improvements I would suggest if I where the owner would be to add curtains or something in the bedrooms more than blinds to block out light, and bed comfort could be improved upon. Other than that stay was as advertised.

Overall a great experience, room was great and the access to the beach was amazing . Only issue we had was the check in process which took a while . The door code came closer to 5pm not 4pm in my email . Front desk seemed confused on the password for the room had to use a different code than the email. Other than that it was a perfect visit
