This unit is beautiful and so thoughtfully put together. We had everything we needed for the most relaxing week at the beach. Loved the fully equipped kitchen and the closet with all the things we needed for the beach. This was our 3rd year in a row staying here and the unit has been so well maintained. And it’s so clean! Thank you so much to the owners; we loved it so much and will be back! The condo was beautiful and sparkling clean on our arrival. It is beautifully decorated and feels so serene and relaxing. The owners give you access to their beach supply closet which has chairs, pool noodles, toys, etc. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach, but there is a beach service company on site where you can rent an umbrella and use your own chairs or rent umbrella and chairs from the service company. Condo has everything you need if you want to cook. The spacious balcony has six comfy chairs with cushions and some little side tables, and we sat out there every day enjoying the gorgeous view of the beach/ocean. They have Alexa in several rooms and you can have it play music thru the whole condo. It is a 5-minute walk down the beach to The Back Porch for good seafood and drinks or great pizza just across the street at Merlyn's. There are also lots of delicious restaurants at the Harbor Walk Village just down the road about a 9-minute drive. Walmart is very close too, and so is Winn Dixie and Publix grocers.

We had a great experience at the Sterling Sands and were impressed with condo 710. It looked newly remodeled and was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the sensor lighting underneath all of the cabinets. The only complaint would be that we didn’t know there was a beach closet. We brought a bunch of beach stuff, chairs, and cart. We wouldn’t have brought all of that but it wasn’t listed on the website through Vacasa. The check in and out process was easy and all were friendly.

Thank you to the owners of SterlingSands710, we all agreed this was the most amazing vacation ever! In fact, we already booked our next stay! The condo is PERFECT! Right on the powder white sands and turquoise waters that we all love about Destin! The beach was incredible and we saw Dolphins, a lot of them, every day, especially in the mornings! The condo was brand new, and so luxurious! Everything shows incredible attention to detail. The main Bedroom suite is to die for! I wish I could take it home! We all had the best time, with the 3 new looking televisions, the multiple spaces to hang, the incredible fully equipped kitchen, the full size washer and dryer and even the beach accessory closet. We all used the large, 88 degree heated pool, hot tub and grills, and some of us even used the sparkling clean gym! I have to say, the private garage parking was also appreciated, keeping our SUV cool in the sun and dry in the one rain shower we had. If you want the best luxury beach condo, and to be actually ON the beach, this is the one!!!! 10 Stars for sure!

The accomidations of this unit was spectacular. The unit had everything you could possibly need and more. Beds and couch were extremely comfortable. We have stayed at Sterling Sands almost annually and this remodeled unit made the trip perfect. Great job done by owner.

As a lifelong passionate lover of Destin (and former condo owner in Destin for 14 years), this luxury condo is the nicest I have ever seen in my 65 years. We did not want to leave and can't wait until we can rent this condo again. Everything was perfect and the owner has obviously spent a lot of time and money renovating their home away from home. Owner has also provided every possible kitchen tool/utensil you could imagine if designing a gourmet kitchen down to the finest detail. As others have mentioned, the photographs really don't do this condo justice, it is amazing and will take your breath away as soon as you walk in the door. Loved having the abundant storage space, cabinets and drawers for our stuff so the unit stayed organized, uncluttered and beautiful during our entire stay. The owner also provided access to their beach closet with numerous chairs and beach toys. Very nice and helped to keep sand out of the unit. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the 75 inch TV was amazing. The reserved parking spot was also a big surprise when we arrived and opened the welcome packet in our unit. I did not recall seeing that added benefit in the original listing. Outside of the unit, the overall facility is clean, very well managed and the employees were friendly and attentive. The complex is located in a great area right off 98 and close to shopping and restaurants. Unlike many condos in Destin, there is a traffic light near the complex so its very easy to turn right onto 98 during peak traffic. We walked down the beach to Back Porch multiple times during our stay for a frozen beverage or two during the day and great dinners in the evening. I am sure that I am leaving something out of this review, but overall, I would give this unit 6 stars if I could!! Amazing place and a fantastic week in paradise!!

We really loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated, set up amazingly with everything we could possibly need. Beds were comfortable and those bathrooms!! Kitchen was set up with everything we needed. And the view was so amazing! We loved the clear panels on the balcony and the rocking chairs! Waking up to that view from my bedroom perfect. We really liked having a covered parking space. The condo being right across from tne elevator was nice, especially with the kids. We just loved it and will be looking toboom this unit again next time we come.

Everything!!!! This condo is the most beautiful place we have rented for our family vacation! Our family of 6 were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation! Sharon and Thomas have thought of everything and then some! We found it to be spotless which is very important to our family. The view is just breathtaking! We loved cooking and eating in the stunning new kitchen with the ocean in our sights all in a beautiful open floor plan. There is plenty of space to hang, play games, watch family movies, and all sleep comfortably. The gorgeous bathrooms and decor just create a calm and relaxing beach atmosphere! The Ideal location is convenient to all … the gorgeous, pristine beach, restaurants, entertainment, fishing, museums and more! We can’t rave enough and just think you should book your stay ASAP!!! Sterling Sands is a great place to stay. The condo 710 was beautiful beyond anything I could have imagined. I have been vacationing at Florida beaches every year since 2020 and this condo was by far the best and ocean water was clear.

This condo is gorgeous! It is recently remodeled and the owners did an amazing job. I love all of their selections....counter tops, furniture, decor, etc. The sofas in the living room are very comfortable! The beds are comfortable as well. The private beach is definitely a plus in this popular area of Destin. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and beach shops nearby. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this was by far the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen! We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

There may be a lot of places to stay in Destin but many of them are not at this level. The condo is exceptional and the comfort level for guests is definitely a main focus of the hosts. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. There are many amenities provided with TV’s & radios throughout. The kitchen is beautifully designed and well appointed with many necessary items. The sleeping areas are really comfortable and there is plenty of storage in the condo. The balcony is huge and many comfortable chairs are provided with a few chairs provided for the comfort level of taller guests. The elevator is adjacent to the condo which makes it extremely convenient when bringing things to & from the condo or going about your day. The hosts also provide access to a closet which contains items for the beach if needed. Guests staying here will be very comfortable and will not be disappointed.

The room and view from the moment I opened the door almost made me cry. This was my first vacation in over 30 years and this experience was worth the wait. The owners of this condo didnt miss a thing with the amenities. The beach closet was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was very accommodating. Only thing I would suggest is putting something more in the room description that it has everything you need to feel right at home. I would kill for the master bath in my home!! I never wanted to leave! The whole week was so amazing, I will definitely be coming back!!

Your jaw will drop the moment you walk in and see this fantastic surreal ocean view even from the front door!! The outstanding decor, furniture, lighting, seating and amenities make an extremely comfortable and pampering vacation experience! The kitchen and bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous!! The balcony is large and has the perfect chairs to sit for hours in as you soak in the deep relaxation! The beds are luxurious and very comfortable! The pictures really can’t capture how beautiful and spacious and rejuvenating this condo is. Every detail has been thought of!!! It is in a wonderful location with quick access to the private soft white sand beach. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from our own private balcony and hearing the waves lapping below was truly the cherry on top!! We totally want to come back!!!

All the guests are right - this is the best beach rental in Florida! We've never seen such soft, powder white sand and totally clear blue water! Ant you can see it from the HUGE master bedroom, the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen! You can even see it from the Washer and Dryer in the Laundry closet! Everything looks brand new and is very upscale. We've stayed in other condos in this building before. We like this building because it is so convenient and is one of the very few with a 88 degrees heated pool year round. It is also extremely well maintained! But this condo, #710 was worlds ahead of any of the other condos we stayed in. Clearly these owners spent a fortune and have great taste! Definitely recommend and will absolutely be back soon!

This was our second stay here.   My wife and myself first visited from Ireland in October, 2022, Staying at Sterling Sands #710. We found the accommodation extremely comfortable, and a superb location for touring the local area while enjoying the beach life and other excellent facilities at Sterling Sands.    We were advised then that #710 was to be completely remodeled after our departure and were delighted to be able make a return visit this November, 2023    The transformation was exceptional. The entire condo, including kitchen and bathrooms was totally transformed to the highest standards, with great attention to finish details and especially very tasteful lighting.    This would rank as the best of any accommodation we have stayed in any where in America, Europe or elsewhere,    Cant wait to make a return visit hopefully with our Grand children, they will certainly enjoy this location   Congratulations to the very caring owners on creating such a beautiful facility. P.S, I'm not posting any photographs as they don't do it justice you need to come see it for yourself!

Not sure how to describe this luxurious beachfront condo that is literally beyond words! Yes, everything you've heard is true. The owners clearly went all-out with a complete tear down and remodel! Every detail is impeccable, ultra high end and exudes quality and luxury. My wife and I loved the absolutely HUGE Master Suite with breathtaking views of the crystal blue water! What a dream to wake up to every morning! The bed was really big and super comfortable, and the bathroom with the oversized shower and soaking tub are even nicer than our home! And so clean! We also really appreciate the super wide 27 foot balcony that can be accessed from the Master Suite and from the Living Room. My wife and our kids loved watching the Dolphins, Manatees and feeding SeaGulls every morning. The kitchen was just as nice, with obviously new cabinetry and appliances. This was our 10th time stating in Destin. We love that this building is the only one on the beachfront that has a heated pool year-round, plus a spa, BBQ grills, lots of play areas for the kids, a great Fitness Center (it was closed for remodeling this time, but we used it on previous trips) and gated entry to the Private Beach which is never crowded like the bigger buildings in the area. We would give this condo 10 Stars out of 5 if possible! We've stayed in maybe 5 other condos in Sterling Sands and 710 is in a class by itself. We already booked it for next trip! Completely love this condo!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully designed condo, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the start, the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The owner's impeccable taste shines through in every corner of the condo. The upgrades and thoughtful details were incredible. Every room was tastefully decorated, and it genuinely felt like a luxurious home away from home. What particularly stood out was how thoughtfully stocked the place was - every little thing we might need had been anticipated and provided for. We loved the wonderful view, watching the dolphins from the balcony, swimming at night, and the super easy access to the beach each day. They even have a wonderfully stocked supply closet with beach supplies that was more than we could ever need. Our family had a fantastic time, and the condo played a huge role in that. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be booking another stay in the future. Thank you for offering such a gem of a place - we'll be counting the days till our next visit!

Our family booked a vacation here and all I have to say is that if you’re looking for a place to get away and enjoy the best views of the Emerald coast this is it!! it was exactly as described in the listing. This condo has a modern floor plan, open and airy with really nice touches all through out. The beds were more comfortable than at our house, the kitchen was well equipped and just so beautiful, but the views to the ocean are just unbeatable from the balcony! Love how it’s walking distance to the Back Porch, a restaurant with really good food and drinks. The condo is also conveniently located on a main street where all the best restaurants sit with some of the best views of the ocean. Definitely recommend this place! We can’t wait to go back soon.

This is our 4th stay in the Destin area and this condo was by far the nicest. The renovation and decor made us feel like we were staying in a hotel. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to shops, beach side restaurant, and the arcade. If we decide to come back for a 5th time, we'd certainly consider staying here again.

Just spent the most wonderful week at Sterling Sands 710. The photographs really don't do this condo justice, it is spectacular! What makes this location truly amazing are the views, it actually took my breath away when I walked in. I love to sleep in the dark but there is something so special about opening your eyes and seeing the colors of the Gulf of Mexico. The topper on this Destin cake was this unit, it truly is a home away from home (only better!) I have stayed in some very nice places in my 50+ years but honestly this tops them all. I learned after I booked that It was recently completely remodeled, what a nice surprise! They spared no expense renovating and decorating, the attention to detail is sensational. The unit is brand new, spotless and has every thing you could need and more from a vacation rental, they thought of everything! I actually cooked on vacation which I never do because I wanted to have the most time in the the unit. The beds were plush, I needed softer pillows and Vacasa brought them that same day. The couches were actually more comfortable than mine at home, most every night we watched old movies on the huge TV. I forgot to bring beach towels and to my surprise the owner left beach towels and just asked for them to be washed for the next guest. Make sure to pre-book your beach chairs before you go, it was so nice to go to the beach at any time and have our names on chairs. The pool area is lovely, we had a lot of fun there and even made new friends. This was my first time in Destin, I loved it and I have already rebooked 710 for next year.

I love, love, love this beach condo! We felt right at home as soon as we opened the door, and saw the stunning blue water through the balcony doors! This condo feels so comfortable and clean, and everything is where we would want it to be! The kitchen is spacious and open, and the family room and dining room are big and comfortable. The master bedroom has the same incredible beach and water views and the master bathroom is awesome! Great water flow in the showers, too! Our kids loved the 2nd bedroom with the queen bed and 2 bunk beds, and the 2nd bath has direct access to the bedroom and the hallway. Everything about this beach condo is just so relaxing and comfortable. We also love that the pool, hot tub, exercise facility, bbq area and the powder white sand are all private to the building. So much for everyone to do, even the kids had a blast. SterlingSands710 is our new favorite place in Destin!

As others have said, this condo is the best condo rental on the beach in Destin! Beautiful home, super clean, incredibly comfortable bed, fully stocked with everything we needed and the view from inside and from the 27 foot wide balcony is breathtaking! Yes, the location is also perfect, private beach and so close to the harbor and everything else. 100% recommend - this home far surpassed all the others we looked at! Will be back next year!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay in Sterling Sands 710. In previous years we rented a bigger home down the beach, but now this condo is our new favorite. We will be back next year! The location is perfect, on a large private beach with powder white sand and breathtaking views of clear turquoise water! We spent hours on the full width balcony, sitting in the comfy chairs and listening to the waves rolling in! We took peaceful walks on the sand which is literally right there! The condo was super clean, which is important to us, and the layout was perfect. Everything was included, like dishes, glasses, towels, soaps, shampoos and even a great coffee machine! The location can't be beat, near Destin Harbor and lots of shopping, restaurants and more. 100% definitely recommend and our new favorite place in Destin!

Wow, we just got back from a perfect dream vacation in Destin. This rental has the most incredible location, stunning views of the water and powder white sand on the private beach. Everything is so close and convenient. The condo is super clean and has a great layout! The beds are very comfortable, the balcony is 27 feet wide and we saw a bunch of dolphins, some stingrays and manatee! There is a fun restaurant and bar called Back Porch that is just a 5 minute walk up the beach and a liquor store across the street. Lots of fun things for the family all near by, including Destin Harbor, Crab Island and tons of shopping, amusements and restaurants! Definitely our favorite place to stay in Destin!
