* Guest Entry: Access is provided via a secure E-lock with a unique code for each guest stay
* Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
* Amenity Fee: $15.00 plus tax per guest (ages 5 and older), includes wristbands for amenities and a maximum of two parking passes
* Registration: Guests must pre-register at least 3 days prior to arrival using the link in your confirmation email
* Unregistered guests may be denied access to parking and amenities
* Wristbands are for registered guests only and may not be purchased separately
* Maximum Occupancy: Strictly enforced per Florida State Fire Code

Great place to stay very clean. We’ve been here multiple years and rented multiple units. Have never had a concern or complaint. Pool is great. Beach service is great. We will continue to come back. would highly recommend this to friends and family.

Room 613 was great. Plenty of space for four adults and two children. We didn’t even use the pullout couch. Very clean and nicely decorated, beds were great. We’ve rented multiple years from Sterling Sands condominiums in multiple units and have never been disappointed. Location is great. Close walk to the back porch restaurant can walk down to get drinks and snack snacks while you’re enjoying the beach and great experience with the chair and umbrella rental people can’t say enough good things.
