* Occupancy Limit: Florida State Fire Codes regulate maximum occupancy based on unit square footage, including children. Guests who exceed the occupancy limit will be denied check-in without a refund.

We had a great time overall at Destin. The room was nice, great view, spacious, and two wonderful bathrooms. Our only negative was that you can't bring your own umbrella and the beach setup is an expensive additional cost. There was one beach service guy there wearing an Oakland A's hat who was exceptionally rude every morning, which started our beach day off on a bad note. We rented this condo in the past and the beach setup was included. For the price of the condo, it should be.
We enjoyed everything about our vacation at Sterling Sands. The heated pool was a big hi-light for me. Also the views from our balcony were incredible! Especially the dolphins. Lots of golf courses close by and any kind of restaurant you can imagine. The front desk girls are more like friends and are ready to help you with whatever . It’s just a great place to spend a vacation. Thank you Sterling Sands. We will be back!
This was our second time to Sterling Sands, first time in a 3-bedroom rental. Outstanding place! Huge space, great views, it was just perfect for us, no complaints. If anything, maybe the only one being no coffee maker, just a Keurig – but we adapted and bought pods. All good! We'll hopefully be back.
We loved having the corner condo with a wraparound balcony which brought in a lot of light. It was very nice to sit out in the evenings. Overall, the condo is very nice, but is a little tired here and there. There was not enough blankets on the beds and could had used better bedding but overall the condo was great!
My family and I enjoyed a week long stay at Sterling Sands. The condo offered plenty of room for all of us (4 adults, 2 children) to move around and not feel confined. The condo was well furnished and cleaned with plenty of appliances and cooking utensils to cook an assortment of meals for the week. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again.
Everything about our stay at Sterling Sands was wondererful! Our condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub is well maintained. And the white Sandy beach is just feet away. We won’t stay anywhere else.This is a five star resort.
