Resort Policies and Additional Info
* Amenity Fee: $15 plus tax per person (ages 5 and older), includes wristbands for amenities and up to two parking passes. This fee must be pre-paid at least 3 days before arrival; a registration link will be provided in your confirmation email. Failure to pre-register may result in denied access to parking and amenities.
* Occupancy Limit: Florida State Fire Codes regulate maximum occupancy based on unit square footage, including children. Guests who exceed the occupancy limit will be denied check-in without a refund.
* Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
* Floor Level: Located on the 5th floor.
* Guest Entry: Access is provided via a secure E-lock system. A unique access code will be generated for each guest stay.
* Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

We loved having the corner condo with a wraparound balcony which brought in a lot of light. It was very nice to sit out in the evenings. Overall, the condo is very nice, but is a little tired here and there. There was not enough blankets on the beds and could had used better bedding but overall the condo was great!

This was our second time to Sterling Sands, first time in a 3-bedroom rental. Outstanding place! Huge space, great views, it was just perfect for us, no complaints. If anything, maybe the only one being no coffee maker, just a Keurig - but we adapted and bought pods. All good! We'll hopefully be back.

My family and I enjoyed a week long stay at Sterling Sands. The condo offered plenty of room for all of us (4 adults, 2 children) to move around and not feel confined. The condo was well furnished and cleaned with plenty of appliances and cooking utensils to cook an assortment of meals for the week. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay at Sterling Sands was wondererful! Our condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub is well maintained.
And the white Sandy beach is just feet away. We won’t stay anywhere else.
This is a five star resort.
This is our third visit to Destin and our second stay at Sterling Sands. I am often asked why I drive 10+ hours from Miami to go to the beach when zi have Miami Beach 25 minutes away. She imply put, the water, temperature, and overall relaxing and laid back vibe of Destin can’t be beat. Our condominium was comfortable and well maintained. The only hiccup in this visit was the steps to enter the pool were very slippery and my wife fell suffering a bad knee sprain which required a visit to the ER. I personally witnessed two people who slipped and almost fell.
