Everything was good!A few steps from a beach with white sands!
The grounds and view were amazing! The staff were constantly cleaning and keeping the pool & hot tub and grounds immaculate. However, the room is dated and leaves much to be desired. There was a musty smell, only 6 towels total, no extra blankets, the balcony chairs are worn and about to rip (not safe to set in) and the washer and dryer are obsolete because the dryer will not dry the no matter the setting.
Good but could definitely be better. Maintenance of unit was poor. The kitchen faucet leaked, the floor was filthy, the bedroom door hanging were loose so could not close door, mold on vent in kitchen.
I was really happy with my stay here. It's right on the beach. The view is breathtaking. Also, it was quite convenient to everywhere else.
The stay was ok… the condo just wasn’t clean and the water in the shower ran continuously all night in the master bathroom. The sheets in the master bedroom was dirty, there was a dirty greasy pan left in the oven. In the hallway bathroom there were a pair of socks left behind the toilet, and also in the smaller room on the side of the bed was old food or something left from the previous renters. Lucky I travel with my own sheets. We weee there to celebrate a birthday and I didn’t want any disruption during our trip. I recommend someone doing a thorough walk through before someone arrives
We had spent several days in another unit before moving over to this one. There was a mildew smell, roaches, dated furnishings, and the dryer didn’t work properly. We’ve stayed at this property several years ago and forgot why we switched until this past stay. Great location, needs updating, better pest control, and less nickle and dime. You have to pay to park there and wrist bands to use pool or beach. The beach chair service is very expensive with rude staff. My family was at this property several years for 8 days. My wife for got a few things in unit and multiple attempts to contact management company and never got a response.
