Resort Policies and Fees
Amenity Fee: $15.00 + tax per person (ages 5 and older), paid to the HOA. Fee includes wristbands and up to 2 parking passes per unit.
Guest Registration:
Guests must register at least 3 days before arrival. A registration link will be provided via email.
Packets not pre-registered may not have access to amenities or parking.
Occupancy Limit:
Strictly enforced per Florida State Fire Code. Registered guests only—no additional wristbands or passes may be purchased.
Age Requirement:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No exceptions.
Parking:
Sterling Sands parking pass is required for all vehicles.

This was our second time staying in a Sterling Sands condo and if we travel back to Destin we would definitely choose to stay here again. The beachfront location is awesome, the property is well kept, the condos are well maintained and the overall pricing is well worth your money.

We stayed in Unit 410 at Sterling Sands in Destin, Florida, and everything about our trip was excellent! The condo was spotless, inviting, and spacious, with plenty of room for our family of six. Traveling with four kids can be a challenge, but the location here made it so easy — we spent our days bouncing between the beautiful pool and the white sandy beach just steps away. The daily views of the Gulf were absolutely stunning, and there was always something to do nearby, from restaurants to activities for the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and will definitely be back

This condo is very clean updated amenities, the bed in the master could use a topper or replaced but other than that this condo has all you need! It’s very centrally located and super easy access to the beach! Go eat at Marina Cafe, Dewy Destin, Louisiana Lagniappe, Harbor Docks all great food and atmosphere! We will definitely be back! The office was also very nice when I would call with any concerns or questions!! Very helpful.

It was wonderful. The condo was gorgeous, overlooking the ocean. It was a quiet, peaceful fall getaway.
Loved the room and the location close to elevator and view was incredible...The only negative thing I have to say is the ring under the commode ring was terribly filthy, needs a good brush cleaning. Condo smelled like it had been unused for a while, but other than that it was a great stay and I loved the first come first serve canbans on the beach. I would stay here again.Oh, and the elevator was under construction, which gave it less curb appeal.
