* Occupancy Limits: Enforced per Florida State Fire Code. Exceeding the limit may result in denied check-in without refund
* Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years of age or older—no exceptions
* Smoking and Pets: Not permitted anywhere in the condo or on property
* Guest Access: Electronic lock with a unique entry code provided prior to arrival

The condo was beautiful , the grounds were beautiful as well! Access to the beach was awesome and the view from the balcony was awesome.
Only thing I would say is it needs a new couch and a new mattress in the bedroom off the balcony. Had a big dip in it, so it was uncomfortable sleeping. But otherwise it was amazing and we would totally go back! Would highly recommend!
The views were great from the room. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole room very spacious. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay for fammily or singles any time.
