Resort Policies
Resort Fee:
A $15 per person (plus tax) User Fee is required for each guest aged 5 and older. This includes wristbands for amenity access and up to 2 parking passes per unit. A pre-registration link will be emailed after booking and must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival. Failure to register in advance may result in loss of access to amenities or parking.
Occupancy Limit:
Occupancy is regulated by the State of Florida and enforced by the HOA. This includes children and is based on the square footage of the unit. Exceeding the limit may result in a denied check-in with no refund.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted in this rental.
Floor Level:
This unit is located on the 2nd floor for easy access.
Entry Access:
Guests will receive a unique code for the electronic lock (E-lock) prior to arrival. The code is reset after each stay.
Age Requirement:
Renters must be 25 years or older. No exceptions.Important Policies & Guest Information

We loved our stay in unit 212 at Sterling Sands. It was a perfect location for our family - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved being so close to the beach. The facilities and room were both very clean. It was nice to have security on site in case something was needed.

We have stayed here at different rooms and we love it more each time. Love the fact that they have security and check to make sure you have your arm bands. The grounds were very clean and no trash overflowing at the beach. Everyone was so polite and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in Destin. Sterling Sands was a great place to stay. Was exactly as described online. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great with lots of chairs for relaxing. Beach access was perfect. We were able to rent chairs and an umbrella for our stay. Very family friendly. Everyone was very pleasant. We would definitely stay at Sterling Sands again.

Description totally accurate. Clean. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
The condo was clean and very well decorated. The location was perfect with an amazing view. The only complaint is that there is an extra fee added of $60 when booking was completed that was not disclosed on VRBO. They did accommodate with giving option to cancel but we decided to keep reservation.
