Important Resort Policies
* Resort User Fee: $15 per person (age 5+), includes 2 parking passes and amenity wristbands. Guests must register and pre-pay this fee via a link sent in the confirmation email. Registration must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival to ensure access.
* Occupancy Limit: Strictly enforced per Florida State Fire Code regulations. Exceeding the limit may result in a denied check-in by the HOA, with no refund.
* Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
* Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25 years or older.
* Guest Entry: E-lock system with a unique code provided before arrival; code is reset after each stay.

This place is awesome for families to get away. Right on the beach, few steps away, with all ameneties required for a very relaxed vacation with family. Host kept in touch with all required information for a smooth check-in and excellent instructions to make the stay a very comfortable and safe.

Very welcoming accommodations and wonderful staff
I do not have a way with words, but this property (and room 201 specifically) were fantastic. Great view, yet not too high up. The unit itself was perfect for the group that went. All the rooms were separated by enough space you could be by yourself if need be, yet everyone was able to easily flow into the central area. Perfect for groups or families.
