This was our first time to Destin and it was great! The condo was clean and perfect for a family of 6. The only negative thing was the living room furniture. It was not comfortable. The beach was not too crowded either! We will definitely keep Sterling Sands on our list of rentals!

The positives are most definitely how beautiful the condo is itself, the great location, and also how clean and well maintained it was.
Thre negatives are the lack of communication with the rental manager. I could NOT reach her by any means, once the money from my account had been withdrawn after booking. Beware, bc the entire amount was withdrawn at once. I also never received anything about check in/out process. I went on the Sterling Sands website to obtain my armbands. I called ahead of time, given it was a holiday, to make sure some would be in office for me to pick up door/pool/beach codes, as well as parking passes/armbands. I was told someone would be there until 4:30, but I arrived at 1pm, this person was already gone. I had to get all necessary codes from security. With all the lack of communication, it scared me to think about what would have happened if there was a true problem. Just on the basis of this, I would not stay again.

Enjoyed the new on site rental management experience. Fantastic and professional beach service. Spacious beach does not feel crowded and easy walk to Back Porch restaurant. Our unit was well equipped and clean and the overall property was nicely landscaped and well maintained. Will definitely return.

Highly recommend this gorgeous condo in the heart of Destin! Both the living room and master bedroom have a spectacular view of the ocean. The large balcony overlooks the pool but noise from it was never a problem. The master has a very spacious closet and bathroom. and the extra bedroom can easily fit 4 people (full size bed next to bunk bed) and has its own full bath - which my two teenagers loved as they had lots of space. Overall, the condo was super comfortable, relaxing, with all the comforts of home! The kitchen is stocked with all that you need should you wish to cook which we did often for breakfast. The condo is also close to all the tourist attractions - restaurants and fun things to do. Beach access is very easy and the condo comes with two beach chairs to use in addition to renting more chairs and an umbrella with their beach staff. There is also a fitness center on site! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo and hope to be back soon! We are very grateful to the owners for sharing this beautiful condo with us for our week long stay!
